With roots dating back to the founding of Lionel in 1900, Lionel Brands Group, headquartered in Concord, North Carolina, is a collectibles company serving hobbyists and collectors across model trains, die-cast vehicles, model kits, slot cars and farm toys. Formed through Round 2’s acquisition of Lionel, LLC, the Company’s portfolio of brands includes Lionel, Lionel Racing, AMT, Polar Lights, Hawk, MPC, Lindberg, Auto World, Big Country Toys and Racing Champions. The Company has license agreements with dozens of well known brands such as NASCAR, Disney and Star Wars.
