New Senior Secured Debt Supports Datamyne Buyout of Zepol Corporation

Based in Miami, Florida, Datamynes subscription data and information services are used in international market research, lead generation, sourcing, and trade compliance. Datamynes value-add is the ability to cleanse, consolidate, organize and enhance the raw data that comes from Customs authorities. Zepol, based in Edina, Minnesota, has been a direct competitor of Datamyne in U.S. import and export data.
